Hi, my name is Caylee Cascio, Allied ASID, and I’ve worked for Hawkins-Welwood Homes for seven years. We are a high-end luxury builder, building primarily in Dallas, Preston Hollow, Greenway Parks, Park Cities, and most recently Southlake. We are completely custom, no two floorplans are the same, and all selections are made by designers/clients per the style of the home. We handle all hard surface selections which include plumbing fixtures, lighting, tile, countertops, cabinets, hardware, carpet, appliances, stairs, fireplaces, and exterior selections. In my Shadow Experience, we’ll start at our office in Dallas. No day is the same back-to-back and our activities will depend on what we are working on that week. Some tasks to expect could be client meetings either in the office or at a showroom, job site visits, meetings with sub-contractors, internal planning/strategy meetings. Comfortable, business casual clothing is acceptable, jeans (no rips) and closed-toed shoes. Can’t wait to meet you!
