Eligibility

Registration Instructions & Fees

Depending on what your schedule allows for, you will register for either or both of the following offerings:

• An in-person or virtual Real World Design Week Shadow Experience with an ASID Designer or Industry Partner | offered between Monday, June 3 - Thursday, June 6 | Registration Fee: $0
• One of the in-person Student Symposium events taking place in one of our Design Communities: Austin, Dallas & San Antonio | offered on Friday, June 7 ​ | Registration Fee: $25​

(In each case, you will "Add to Cart" and then check out when finished to fully complete the registration.)

Deadline & Process

• The DEADLINE for you to register for a Shadow Experience is 5:00 PM CST on Monday, May 20.
• The DEADLINE for you to register for a Friday In-Person Event is 5:00 PM CST on Monday, May 20.
• The DEADLINE for you to submit a Scholarship Application is 5:00 PM CST on Monday, May 20.

After registration closes, if you sign up for a Shadow Experience, you will receive an email from a Student Symposium Committee member between May 21-23 connecting you with your Mentor. Then you and your Mentor will work out the final details of your Shadow Experience.
