My name is Chris Takacs, and I am Sales Director of Cabinetry for Kitchen Design Concepts, an ASID Industry Partner. I have a BA in Consumer Science and Merchandising from the University of Houston and have 20+ years of sales and sales management experience in a variety of industries. My area of expertise is in understanding my clients’ needs and knowing how to deliver value to support them. I love working with designers, builders and architects to bring them cabinetry solutions. If you choose my experience, Students would shadow a designer during the day and the designer would discuss their job functions which could be working on plans, selecting finishes, client meetings and client visits. Each day there would be a presentation on cabinetry types, styles, species and finishes. Questions could be answered through out the day. Lunch would be provided. Please wear business casual attire (no sweats, T-shirts, or leisurewear). FYI: I’m only taking 2 student for this experience.
