I'm Christy Caffrey, co-owner of Caffrey & Company, an ASID Industry Partner and past award winner for Austin ASID's Best in Show, Industry Partner, and Residential furnishings. Sign up for our Shadow Experience and learn the ins and outs of sourcing upholstery through a designer showroom. We'll cover the pros and cons to different styles, fabrics, cushion packages, etc., to help avoid common rookie mistakes. We'll explain how we work with design professionals and include you in showroom appointments with design firms. You'll experience the collaboration that occurs with manufacturers, designers, and showroom partners. Attire is business casual. FYI: I’m taking up to 2 students for this experience.
