Why You Should Enter
Design competitions are a great marketing tool. Design competitions allow students to share their work outside of the academic environment, and if they win, brag about it to prospective employers.
Start entering design competitions while you are in school. Not only will your wins impress interviewers, but you will create the career-building habit of entering competitions that will serve you well when you become a practicing designer.

2020 Design Competition Categories
You are encouraged to submit projects you have already completed for your academic program. Or, if you like, consider the notes your professor gave you on a completed project and take a little time to make the suggested improvements before submitting. In other words, there is no need to start a project from scratch unless you really want to.
You may enter as many projects you would like into as many categories you would like. The sky's the limit! All entries are FREE to any student who has registered and paid to attend the 2020 Student Symposium Virtual Conference.
