(Wed) Kristen Hamborg
My name is Kristen Hamborg, ASID, Fitwel Ambassador, CFLC. I am a senior project design lead supporting workplace strategies for Medtronic, a global medical device manufacturer headquartered in Minneapolis, MN. If you choose to spend time with me, we will meet virtually. I have 25+ years in the design profession, having experience with both workplace and retail design with Target and Sheppard’s Business Interiors. I have been passionate about design and mentoring students, having served on the advisory board for my Alma Mater, Iowa State University, for the past five years. You can participate with me on a few project calls and attend our bi-weekly design team meeting to further connect with other designers. I would be more than willing to review a project or portfolio and answer any questions you may have about working as an interior designer. I look forward to connecting! FYI: I’m only taking 1 student for this virtual experience.
