Hi, my name is Jenifer Wiley, Allied ASID and I've been in the design industry for over 20 years in the DFW area. I started my career working for a small, luxury interior design firm, then spent seven years in product sales which helped me to position myself as an expert in design materials. I started my own firm, J Wiley Designs, in 2011 and specialize in upscale residential interior design. Sign up for my Shadow Experience and we’ll start off by meeting at my office in Dallas where I’ll introduce you to my employees, give you a tour of our offices and sample library, and explain how we collaborate on projects. You’ll get to spend some one-on-one time with some of my employees to gain a broader perspective. Most likely during the course of the day we’ll meet with at least one vendor at their showroom, have a virtual meeting with a client, and/or actually get to visit a job site. We promise to schedule the day so that you can see a variety of things that happen in our day to day business. Attire is business casual, but do not wear high heels in case we visit a construction site. FYI: I’m taking up to 2 students for this experience.
